Very overlooked movie in my opinion, which thanks to TCM I was recently gifted the sublime pleasure of viewing once again, thus reminding me how enthralled I was after its original release in 1985. Now own both movie and soundtrack (which never gets tiring, especially the main theme music - simply mesmerizing). Thank you to the fantastic creative genius of director Ron Howard & composer James Horner along with the wonderful cast of 'really fine' actors in this most INSPIRING, VERY MOVING YET WONDERFULLY IMAGINATIVE, ENTERTAINING film dealing so soothingly with the rather unsettling reality - 'growing older'.
