The themes are earthly, relatable situations in human relationships conveyed with melodious tunes that will have you hooked at initial listen. This is a classic country album for traditional country music lovers and anyone who loves a good melody. This album has a history with me personally. I first had a cassette tape format of this album that I won in a country music radio show. The tape is long gone after I lost contact with someone whom I lent it to. To make up for the loss, as a music collector, it is only logical for me to seek out this long lost album in the resilient, lasting, compact disc format. Get this album any chance you get. Apart from "The Blue Rose Of Texas", I recommend her "Milestones" compilation album of which I bought in the 1990s in compact disc format.
